The Diaspora African Forum (DAF) is an African Union (AU) endorsed non-profit organization opened on July 7, 2001 by H.E. President J.A.Kufuor. DAF was and remains the first and only African Diaspora organization in the world with diplomatic status enabling DAF to accomplish groundbreaking work in Diaspora advocacy at the highest levels of government in Ghana and Africa in general.

Launching And Hoisting Of The 6th Region Of Africa Flag

On July 9th, 2002, Ghanaian President, John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor and his delegation attended the Organization of Africa Unity (OAU) Summit held in Durban, South Africa. At that historic gathering, the name was changed from OAU to the African Union (AU) beginning a new and exciting chapter for Africa’s development.

LAUNCH OF THE DIASPORA AFRICAN FORUM YOUTH EMPOWERMENT TRAINING CENTER (DAFYETC)

On May 3rd,2023, Diaspora African Forum in collaboration with the AFRIAM Incubator & Training Center launched a digital call center that focuses on promoting skills training and development in the field of Information Communication and Technology (ICT). The goal of this project is to train the youth in call center operation and assist in job creation for the certified trainees.
