On Friday, March 29th, 2024, the Diaspora African Forum (DAF) hosted a grand welcome reception at the DAF Embassy in Ghana. This event was a celebration of unity, heritage, and the remarkable ties between Africa and the Diaspora.

This event had the presence of:

  • Senator Cory Booker: A champion of civil rights, social justice, and equality, Senator Booker graced the occasion with his presence.
  • Congresswoman Barbara Lee: Known for her unwavering commitment to advocacy and public service, Congresswoman Lee added her esteemed voice to the gathering.
  • E. Virginia Palmer, U.S. Ambassador to Ghana: Her Excellency Virginia Palmer, representing the United States.
  • Samia Yaba Christina Nkrumah:one of the founders of Africa Must Unite, an organization that aims to promote Kwame Nkrumah’s vision and political culture among other notable personalities and key industry players

The visionary founders of DAF, H.E. Dr. Erieka Bennett (Founder & Head of Mission) and Dr.

Toni Luck (Co-ounder), expressed their profound honor in welcoming all historical Diasporans to Africa. Their tireless efforts have bridged continents, rekindling the flame of ancestral connections.

“Our hearts swell with pride as we witness this homecoming,”Africa’s embrace is warm, and its legacy awaits your footsteps.” Said Dr. Erieka Bennett.
