Hanna Atiase, CEO of E. Wells Realty & Consultancy, and the co-founder of GAREB, the Ghana Association of Real Estate Brokers. Hanna provides advisory services for homeowners, investors, and developers and has helped connect individuals in the diaspora to real estate opportunities in Ghana. She’s also the host of TBN Africa’s The Signet Hour Show (Christian Business Talk Show). She is knowledgeable in various aspects of real estate, including mortgage finance, sales, marketing, leasing, and investment.

Wells Realty & Consultancy is a well-respected name in the industry and Hanna is a trusted voice in the sector. She has won several awards, including the Most Respected CEO in Real Estate (2020) and was nominated for the Feminine Achievement Award (2021),and won the Trusted Real Estate Broker of the Year (2022). In March 2023, Hanna was crownedthe overall African Woman Achiever in real estate at the African Women Awards in Ethiopia. She has also received an award as part of the Top 40 CEOs in Ghana.

On 19th May 2023, E.Wells Realty & Consultancy won the Real Estate Brokerage Company of the Year award at the Ghana-West Africa Business Excellence Awards for its outstanding contribution to the business community.

Hanna has been nominated at the Diaspora-Ghana Property Awards UK, 2023 for the Most Trusted Real Estate Broker Diaspora-UK. She has also appeared on BBC World News, TV Africa’s The Real Estate Market Show, Metro TV’s Business Insider, Citinewsroom, Norvan Reports, Wode Maya, and Meqasa TV to discuss real estate investment opportunities in Ghana. Hanna’s passion is to help people build wealth through homeownership.
